IF PLANS CHANGE

Cancellation and refunds.

This page summarises the cancellation, refund and rescheduling terms in your written booking agreement. Your agreement shows the dates and amounts that apply to your event.

If you cancel

To cancel, write to the email address shown in your agreement or to info@galarex.ca.

If you cancel in writing before the cancellation date printed in your agreement, the booking payment is refundable. From that date it is non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law or Galarex cannot deliver the agreed services.

Paying the 50% instalment early does not shorten this period. This clause applies only to the booking payment. It does not make the whole instalment non-refundable. Other advance payments for services not supplied are refunded.

Rescheduling

Contact Galarex as soon as possible. A new date depends on availability and a written agreement on any price changes. Payments transfer to an agreed new date. If no new date can be agreed, the cancellation terms apply, using the date you gave notice and your original event date.

If Galarex cannot perform

Galarex will notify you promptly and discuss a suitable replacement for your approval. If no replacement or new date is agreed, payments for the undelivered services, including the booking payment, are refunded.

Refund receipts

When Galarex records a refund, it emails you a receipt.

Your rights

Your statutory rights take priority over these terms. Nothing on this page limits rights or remedies available under Ontario law.
